Grand Bleu – stylish towers on the Beachfront peninsula

Located between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, the private Beachfront peninsula from Emaar is being developed. In a couple of years, all construction will be completed, and 27 stylish skyscrapers will line the 1.5 km beach.

Today, we will tell you more about the finished project on the peninsula – the Grand Bleu towers.

Two years ago, the first buildings were completed and occupied on this peninsula. Currently, 7 towers remain to be constructed, and the area will be ready for a calm and carefree life. Already, there are restaurants and bars with a view of the water. We expect even more infrastructure after the opening of the Address The Bay hotel.

Arab luxury

The Grand Bleu project was developed in collaboration with the famous Arab fashion designer – Elie Saab. You may have seen his luxurious dresses, which are often worn on the red carpet by Angelina Jolie, Rihanna, and other celebrities.

Elie Saab adorned the interiors with rich decor featuring gold accents and created sketches for the facades with striking smooth curves.

The complex consists of 2 towers, 28 and 45 stories high, with a shared 8-story podium. On the roof, there is a pool overlooking the Persian Gulf, a barbecue area with a bar and terrace, a children's playground, and a play area. A fitness club and lounge with furniture by Elie Saab are also located there.
