August Sales Results: Harvest Season

In the last month of summer, we closed 132 deals worth $122 million:

• 60% in Moscow

• 34% in the Middle East

• 6% in London and Miami

Even though our U.S. office is temporarily closed, deals in Miami actually increased — eight transactions in just one month. Our Moscow rentals team also added 75 more deals, totaling $340 000.

Major sales in August:

• $4.9 million — Life on Plyushchikha in Khamovniki

• $4.4 million — a mansion on Balchug Island

• $3.7 million — OKO Towers in Moscow City

• $1.9 million — Nine Elms in London

• $1.2 million — Paramount Worldcenter in Miami

• $15 million — a penthouse in Abu Dhabi

• $6.5 million — The Peninsula Dubai Residences in Dubai

Right now, we’re preparing to launch sales in St. Petersburg. We’ve already hired a head of sales and five brokers who are undergoing training, and we’re building websites and ad campaigns.
