Sea La Vie Yas Bay

Sea La Vie is a project from Nine Yards. The residential complex will be located in one of the most prestigious locations in Abu Dhabi – Yas Bay. Sea La Vie will consist of 4 modern style mid-rise buildings that will include both residential and retail units.

A 5-minute drive from the project is the Yas Dr highway, following which it is easy to get to Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hwy and key areas of the emirate. Sea La Vie is within a 20-minute walk from a variety of entertainment areas, including the Yas Bay Waterfront, the Etihad Arena, a world-class sports and entertainment venue, and Yas South Skate Park.
