MBR City, of which Dubai Hills is a part, is a new district in Dubai named after the incumbent Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, located south of Business Bay. The pink and purple lines of the Dubai Metro will soon be built, which will provide residents with quick to both the central regions of the emirate and Al Maktoum Airport. At the moment, the nearest underground station is the Mall of the Emirates, thanks to which the central area of Downtown can be reached in 20 minutes.

Dubai Hills is divided into 3 zones. The first of these is a golf course surrounded by 97 villas and 300 mansions that are part of the Parkways & Fairways complex. The northern part is adjacent to Al Hail Road and will include 2 shopping malls, a mid-rise residential complex built along a 7 km boulevard with shops and restaurants. The 3rd zone is residential complexes located in the rest of the district.
